By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Legal Capacity

• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must not be restricted from using financial or digital-asset services
• You must access the Platform only from jurisdictions where its use is lawful

2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

The Services are not available in jurisdictions where crypto trading or automated trading tools are prohibited or restricted by law, including sanctioned territories.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not accessing it from a restricted location.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations, users may be required to complete identity verification. You agree to provide accurate information and valid documents when requested.

2.4 Account Security

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

3. Description of Services

Exolventra provides technology that enables automated digital-asset trading through AI-driven tools, strategy automation, analytics dashboards, and third-party exchange connectivity.

Important: Exolventra is not a broker, financial adviser, or custodian. We do not hold client funds. All trading activity occurs through third-party platforms chosen by the user.

5. Fees & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Tier: Trading volume up to approximately £780
• Basic Plan: From around £11 per month
• Pro Plan: From around £39 per month
• Premium Plan: From around £78 per month

Fees are indicative and may change with advance notice. Exchange fees and network charges are separate and payable directly to third-party providers.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempting unauthorised system access
• Sharing account credentials
• Market manipulation or fraudulent activity
• Reverse engineering or copying platform software

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, trademarks, and designs are the intellectual property of Exolventra or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access the Services for personal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exolventra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user within the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exolventra from claims arising from misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or unlawful trading activity.

10. Suspension & Termination

Exolventra may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are breached, legal obligations require it, or security risks are identified.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through competent courts unless alternative dispute resolution is agreed.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
